The same flue-cured Virginia leaf, at each stage of processing. What separates them is how much of the midrib has been taken out and by what — and that sets the lamina size, the fines content and the price. Photographs are of our own stock.

Every stock photograph we hold is flue-cured Virginia, so there is none here that would honestly show DAC or rustica. Photographs of the actual lot are sent with the quotation.
Dark air-cured and rustica leaf, shipped on the same terms as the FCV grades.
Buy this if You need a heavier, lower-sugar leaf than flue-cured Virginia, or the strongest available.
Prices are per kilogram in US dollars, FOB Karachi, for one container of a single grade, and every one of them is negotiable. Larger and recurring volumes come down further. Every figure is confirmed in a written quotation before an order. Nicotine and sugar are the declared values for each grade from our current crop; every lot is confirmed by laboratory analysis before shipment. Indicative
6 grades
Full leaf with the midrib intact, sorted by stalk position and colour, packed in jute bags. For buyers who stem or thresh in-house and want to set their own strip size.
7 grades
Midrib pulled by hand, which keeps the lamina large and the fines content low. Packed in C48 cartons. Preferred where leaf integrity matters more than throughput.
2 grades
Midrib removed mechanically for uniform strip size and high throughput, and threshed lamina strips ready for direct blending.
4 grades
Lamina scrap fractions recovered from threshing and stemming, graded by colour. For reconstituted sheet, expanded tobacco and lower-cost filler.
2 grades
The midrib separated out during stemming and threshing, sold long or mixed. Feedstock for reconstituted sheet and expanded stem.
3 grades
Dark air-cured and rustica leaf, shipped in the same packing and on the same terms as the FCV grades.
No grades match.
The same grades as above, side by side, so the one comparison that matters is easy to make: what a grade costs at each stage of processing. MML is 6.20 as whole leaf and 7.95 hand-stemmed, and the difference is the stemming. The filters and search above apply here too.

Our flue-cured Virginia grades run from 4.40 to 8.35 USD per kilogram FOB Karachi, by grade and processing form. Whole leaf is 4.40 to 6.35, hand-stemmed strips 4.40 to 8.35, scrap 4.30 to 5.00 and stems 4.00 to 4.20. Dark air-cured and rustica leaf sit between 4.95 and 5.95. Each price is per kilogram for one container of a single grade and every one of them is negotiable: larger and recurring volumes come down further, and every figure is confirmed in a written quotation before an order.

FCV mixed stem (MSM) at 4.00 USD/kg is the lowest price on the catalogue, followed by long stem (LSM) at 4.20 and F8 Dark scrap at 4.30. Among leaf grades, TND whole leaf and BITS hand strips are both 4.40 USD/kg. If you are buying on price, tell us the blend role the tobacco has to fill and we will point you at the cheapest grade that still does the job.

Hand stemming removes the midrib by hand, which costs labour and yields less packed weight per tonne of green leaf, but keeps the lamina large and the fines content low. The same MML grade is 6.20 USD/kg as whole leaf and 7.95 USD/kg as hand strips. If you stem in-house, whole leaf is the cheaper route; if you blend directly, the stemmed price already includes the work.
One container per grade, 20 MT minimum, which is about 15 to 20 MT of C48 cartons or jute bags in a 20 ft container. Several grades can be combined in a programme, but each container is packed as one grade unless a mixed load is agreed in writing.

Typically 30 to 45 days to your port from order confirmation, covering packing, laboratory analysis, documentation and sailing time. Destination, sailing schedules and any inspection you nominate can move the date either way; the quotation states the shipment window for your port.
50% advance with the order confirmation and the remaining 50% on FOB, against the shipping documents. Terms are stated on the quotation and the pro forma invoice.
They are the declared values for each grade from the 2025 crop and describe what the grade typically delivers. The figures that govern a shipment are the laboratory results for the specific lot, measured before loading and issued with the certificate of analysis. State the range you need and it is confirmed lot by lot.
Yes. Colour description, photographs and video of any grade are sent on request, and once buyer verification is complete representative samples of the grades you shortlist are sent with their laboratory results, so you can test them in your own blend before committing to a container.
Yes. MMC machine-stemmed lamina is in stock and threshed lamina strips are processed against a confirmed order, so both are quoted on request rather than listed at a standing price. Any grade in the whole leaf and hand-stemmed tables can be supplied machine-stemmed or threshed: strip size, fines tolerance and packed weight are set in the specification.
Yes. The catalogue lists dark air-cured (DAC) hand strips and loose leaf and rustica hand strips alongside the FCV grades, in the same packing and on the same terms. Ask for the specification sheet of any grade whose code you do not recognise; grade codes are our commercial grades, not a universal standard.
